Friedkin Companies IT strategy is based on IT As A Service (ITAAS). We are transforming IT to become a self-sustained business unit which provides services to internal and external customers.

As an internal solution provider we are implementing IT automation to enable our internal customers to create solutions faster (using PaaS) and to deploy them faster to production (without impacting platform stability) by automating IT processes.

  • From request for help to satisfied customer (Help desk and desktop support)
